Production process: First, the draftspeople of Tangyu Brick Carving discuss and draw the brick carving patterns. According to the drawings, clay sculptors and wood carvers combine manual modeling, and then hand it over to the mold room to make molds, inject Tangyu’s homemade concrete materials, and then proceed with vibration and high-temperature steam curing. Finally, workers conduct quality inspections on the formed brick sculptures and store the products in storage.

Tangyu brick carving is a synthetic antique brick carving made of cold ceramic particles, high-grade cement, high-temperature expanded shale, graphite, carbon fiber, self-made improver, and other materials.
